A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese that is unique and recognizable because it fully expresses the Montefili environment. Thanks to this vineyard's old vines and its aging in small wood, it unleashes structure and softness with great complexity, without sacrificing  the freshness given by the altitude and the galestro soil.
